Sunday walk by the sea ..

Sunday walks with my big sister -something that I will never get bored of. This Sunday the weather was ideal for a walk by the sea. There were couple of things trying to ruin it but we kept walking and smiling. Finally next week my exams are done (at least for now) so I can relax and be a little more consistent with my blog and you. Also in few days I have a small surprise for you! :)

Πριν δύο μέρες το δίδυμο αδερφάκι μου κι εγώ είχαμε γενέθλια και για μία ακόμα φορά θυμήθηκα πως είναι η μέρα αυτή. Δύο - τρεις μέρες πριν είμαστε μέσα στην τρελή χαρά και λέμε <Ρε , σε λίγες μέρες έχουμε γενέθλια > και χαζοχαιρόμαστε. Την μέρα όμως των γενεθλίων είμαστε λιγάκι περίεργα και χαρούμενες και μπερδεμένες. Το γιατί δεν το ξέρω αλλά πραγματικά είναι αστείο να το παρατηρείς ότι γίνεται κάθε χρόνο (τουλάχιστον από τότε που με θυμάμαι). Αυτό που μέσα στα χρόνια δεν άλλαξε και ούτε θα αλλάξει (νομίζω) είναι ο τρόπος που θέλω να περνάω τα γενέθλια μου και ίσως αυτό να είναι που μου αρέσει πιο πολύ και που με κάνει να ανυπομονώ κάθε χρόνο! Εδώ μία φωτογραφία από τα 4 γενέθλια μας - δεν νομίζω ότι έχουμε αλλάξει και πολύ!Μία διαφορετική σκέψη για τα ίδια γενέθλια υπάρχει στο Th/inKing από την μεγάλη αδερφή :D

I liked Corbo since last year's AXDW! What I loved mostly and impressed me back then was that her clothers could be worn by anybody but at the same time they were very special. From this collection what stood out the most was this black and white pattern( designed by Grigoris Papagriroriou) with its nice details. I loved the combination of strict Japanese-style shapes and these really bright exotic orange colored fabrics. The overall vibe was really inspiring and fresh!

For one more time we had a great time at SwapNotShop. It was very crowded despite the bad weather. I was there from 3 until 6 pm and I watched people come and go with bags full of clothes or empty ones ready to be filled with clothes. Favorites bloggers like Maddie and Pinelopi were creating headbands out of ties and other crafts. In addition "Spirtokouto" ( meaning "matchbox" ) was a very welcoming spot and I really enjoyed the "Vraki" (meaning "underwear") cocktail that they prepared and it costs only 3 euros.I wish that every upcoming SwapNotShop is as successful as this one!

Για μία ακόμα φορά περάσαμε υπέροχα στο SwapNotShop , είχε πάρα πολύ κόσμο παρόλο που ο καιρός δεν ήταν ευνοϊκός! Από τις 3 που πήγα εγώ μέχρι και τις 6 που έφυγα ερχόταν κόσμος με σακούλες γεμάτες και άδειες για να τις γεμίσουν! Επίσης οι αγαπημένες μας bloggers Maddie και Πηνελόπη έφτιαχναν κορδέλες από γραβάτες και άλλες τέλειες χειροτεχνίες! Ακόμα πρέπει να αναφερθεί το πόσο όμορφο και φιλόξενο ήταν το μαγαζί ''Σπιρτόκουτο'' καθώς και το κοκτέιλ ''Vraki'' που κόστιζε μόνο 3 ευρώ! Ελπίζω και τα επόμενα SwapNotShop να έχουν τέτοια επιτυχία!

Yesterday, E-bay celebrated the 50th anniversary of the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's and they invited us to wear the classic black dress and take our breakfast at the "Petite Fleur" coffeeshop in the centre of Athens. Essentially, we gathered all together, we talked about the film and the style of the girls we admire and of course we had fun! Ebay had also prepared a look book for us with really reasonable priced choices in order to revive Audrey Hepburn's style! A great thanks to Civitas and Ebay for this great event!
